1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of tausirealty.co.ke (the “site”), run by Tausi Realty, operated by Violet Muthui ([registered business name, if different]), Nairobi, Kenya. Estate agent registration: [EARB registration number]. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Listing information

Listings are provided in good faith, based on information from property owners, landlords and developers. Details can change, and errors can happen, so please treat every listing as a guide rather than a statement of fact.

• A listing is not an offer or a contract, and does not form part of one.
• Measurements, sizes and distances are approximate.
• Photos show the property or, for off-plan developments, artist's impressions and show units, which may differ from the finished property.
• Please confirm anything that matters to your decision before you commit.

3. Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice and are correct to the best of my knowledge when published. Unless a listing says otherwise, prices do not include costs such as stamp duty, legal fees, valuation fees, service charges or deposits.

US Dollar prices. Price quoted in US Dollars. The Kenya Shilling equivalent may vary with the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

4. Availability

I cannot guarantee that a property is still available. Properties can be sold, let, placed under offer or withdrawn at any time, sometimes before the site is updated. Sold and let properties may stay on the site, clearly marked, as a record of past work.

5. Off-plan properties

Completion dates, specifications and payment plans for off-plan developments are set by the developer and may change. Tausi Realty is not the developer. I recommend independent legal advice and due diligence before you pay any deposit.

6. Viewings and inquiries

A viewing scheduled on the site is a request until I confirm it with you. I may need to reschedule if a property becomes unavailable or the owner's circumstances change, and I will let you know as early as I can.

7. Not professional advice

Market commentary, guides and blog posts are general information, not legal, financial, tax or valuation advice. For a transaction, please consult an advocate and, where relevant, a registered valuer or surveyor, and verify title through an official search.

8. Intellectual property

The Tausi Realty name, logo, peacock mark, text and design of this site belong to Tausi Realty. Some listing photos belong to property owners or developers and are used with their permission. You may share links to listings, but please do not copy, reproduce or republish content without written permission.

9. Using the site fairly

Please do not misuse the site: no automated scraping, spam, false inquiries, attempts to break its security, or anything unlawful.

10. Links to other services

The site links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, maps and social media. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and I am not responsible for their content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tausi Realty is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site, from a property becoming unavailable, or from the site being unavailable, and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
